  • 1 cup greek yogurt or soft tofu
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 whole ripe banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced peaches


  • add orange juice to blender
  • add Greek yogurt and mix until smooth
  • add banana, blueberries and sliced peaches, blend until smooth
